Our Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to a lesson. This allows us sufficient time to offer the slot to another pupil. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a full charge for the lesson.
Block bookings are valid for 6 months, allowing you time to complete your sessions or request a refund.
